AIM is using Survey CTO, Google form, App sheet and other online tools (android based) for data collection with real-time monitoring.
With these tools picture, audios, GPS location, Videos and time spent for each interviews can be easily randomized and also can be ask the questions based on that.
We used to taken an interview at neutral/solitude space. We also trained the data collectors for data input in the collection tools.
Data collection can be conducted very easily as we do a pre planning of data collection which includes government’s permissions, acquaint to the village/area head and logistic planning for smooth work.
